STEP 1:
enquiry
reach out to us through the website contact form and tell us a little about you, your business and what you need!
STEP 2:
strategy
we work together to establish the vision for your website, aesthetic, and required functionality. from this, you’ll receive a project scope, timeline, any requirements from you and payment options.
STEP 3:
the admin stuff
from the strategy session, you’ll receive a project scope, timeline, any requirements needed from you, and payment options. a contract for the project will be signed, and initial invoice payment will be due.
STEP 4:
mockup and build
you receive a basic mockup design for you to review and give feedback, and all content is due. then, we build your website based off the mockup feedback
STEP 5:
revisions!
we go through your website together for feedback and revisions, then make those changes. then we do a second round, of final checks to ensure everything is ready to go
STEP 6:
website launch
your website is ready to share with the world!

yes! we’re happy to have a chat to find out where you’re at, and where you want to go, to see if we can make that happen. we currently work primarily in squarespace, but if you already have a website on shopify, wix, wordpress, godaddy etc, we can still work together.

payment is always due upon booking to secure your project. the amount due at this time will depend on the total amount, and can be broken down into 2-4 payments. i’m always happy to discuss your needs and work to a timeline that suits us both.

we’ll digitally meet via email in response to your enquiry. the project consultation usually takes place over the phone to answer any questions and discuss details. from here, there will be a mix of email and phone communication, depending on the stage of the project we’re at.
*if getting a phone or video call isn’t your thing, don’t stress! just request we keep communication in email. this can result in a longer project timeline, but we can make it work if it’s your preference ◡̈ -
yes! you must have all website content (images and text) ready before the project start date. if the content is not ready, we cannot design your website and the project timeline will need to be revised.
